As a Florist in our organization you will create stunning floral arrangements provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the beauty and ambiance of our clients special occasions and everyday lives.ResponsibilitiesDesign and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings corporate events and personal celebrationsConsult with customers to understand their needs and preferences offering expert advice on flower selection and arrangement stylesMaintain a clean and organized work area ensuring proper care and handling of flowers and plantsManage inventory order supplies and process deliveries of fresh flowers and related productsOperate point-of-sale systems and assist with basic administrative tasksStay up-to-date with current floral design trends and techniquesCollaborate with team members to meet customer demands and maintain high-quality standardsPrepare custom orders and ensure timely delivery of floral arrangementsQualifications2 years of experience in floral design or a related fieldProven ability to create a wide range of floral arrangements from classic to contemporary stylesStrong knowledge of various flower types seasonal availability and care requirementsExcellent color theory skills and a keen eye for aestheticsOutstanding customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet client needsProficiency in using floral design tools and equipmentBasic computer skills including experience with POS systems and inventory management softwareExcellent time management and organizational skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredFloral design certification preferredAbility to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as neededPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 poundsFamiliarity with local and international floral industry trends and practicesAdditional InformationDirectly opposite to The Dubai Mall the iconic Burj Khalifa 10 minute walk to the Dubai Metro Station and within a few minutes drive to DIFC World Trade Centre and just 15 minutes drive from Dubai International Airport Swissotel Al Murooj is located in downtown Dubai one of the citys favoured destinations for business or leisure.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
