Together, we form a cross‑functional powerhouse that is driven to deliver.This role is with the ARRISE group.Responsibilities:Supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating staff such as croupiers and shufflers.Offering support in implementing all internal procedures, under the supervision of the Shift Manager on duty.Requirements:Work experience: at least 1‑year experience as a Croupier in the Live Casino Industry.Multiple game knowledge is a plus.Seniority within the company: at least 12 months.Excellent knowledge of internal procedures, and regulations.Over 95% evaluations in the last 6 months without disciplinary measures.Great attendance score.Written and verbal communication skills Romanian/English (any other foreign language is a plus).Communication and presentation skills.Patience and understanding when working with people.PC skills (Operating PC, Microsoft Office).What We OfferAccommodation will be provided by the company.Meal program (One Meal per shift).Transportation allowance.Join us in Ras Al Khaimah, a great place to grow your career while enjoying a relaxed and welcoming lifestyle!#J-18808-Ljbffr
