It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.</p><h3>About The Role</h3><p>Do you turn flight data into safety insight that prevents tomorrow’s incident today?</p><p>We are searching for an aviation professional to support the Safety function through rigorous analysis within the Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) programme.</p><p>This role is central to identifying safety risks, operational trends and performance exceedances by processing, validating and interpreting flight operational data.</p><p>You will conduct routine and ad-hoc analyses, configure and maintain event definitions and thresholds, validate triggers against supporting data sources, and prioritise events based on risk and recurrence in line with established escalation protocols.</p><p>You will support investigations and safety risk assessments through data reconstructions and statistical comparisons across fleet, routes and operational contexts.</p><p>Maintaining strict data governance and confidentiality, you will ensure traceability of analysis methods, monitor data integrity, support audits and continuously enhance FDM programme effectiveness.</p><p>Analyse the data. Elevate safety with every flight.</p><h3>About You</h3><p>Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 3 years in aviation safety analytics, FDM/FOQA, flight operations analysis, or a related safety/quality role in a regulated environment.</p><p>You are expected to have hands‑on experience using FDM/FOQA software and producing safety trend reports.</p><p>We’d love to hear from you even more if you have training in Flight Data Analysis (FDA), Safety Management Systems (SMS) and safety risk management principles, along with training in data analysis/visualisation tools.</p><p>This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel.
