The operator ensures high-quality printing, proper machine operation, and adherence to production schedules.Key Responsibilities:Operate flexo printing machines for PP woven bags and FIBC products as per production requirements.Set up the printing press, including plates, inks, rollers, and alignment, to ensure accurate and consistent printing.Monitor the printing process to maintain color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality.Inspect printed materials for defects such as smudging, misalignment, uneven ink application, or other quality issues.Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting of flexo printing machines.Record production output, material usage, and machine performance.Collaborate with production supervisors and quality control teams to achieve daily production targets.Follow safety guidelines and handle inks and chemicals according to company policies.Report major machine malfunctions or printing issues to the maintenance team for timely resolution.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Flexo Printing Operator in PP woven bag or FIBC manufacturing.Knowledge of flexographic printing machines, inks, and printing techniques.Ability to set up and operate printing machines with precision.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent print quality.Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance.Understanding of safety procedures in printing operations.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with high-speed flexo printing lines.Familiarity with quality control standards for printed PP woven fabrics.Knowledge of different ink types suitable for woven fabrics and FIBC products.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for long periods and operate printing machinery continuously.Ability to handle rolls of PP woven fabric or printed materials safely.Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to inks, noise, and machinery.Competitive salary based on experience.Health insurance and benefits as per Qatar labor law.Accommodation and transportation (if applicable).#J-18808-Ljbffr
