Job PurposeTo schedule duties to the Drivers on a daily basis and manage deliveries and returns.To ensure the drivers are utilized to their fullest potential in a productive manner.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate should have managed a fleet of 50+ vehicles, possess a comprehensive understanding of vehicle tracking systems and electronic logging devices, along with a proven ability to deliver safety awareness programs and simplify vehicle maintenance processes.The 3 Essential Skills Required for this PositionManaging 50+ Delivery Drivers (Hiace, Hiroof, 3‑Ton, and car) for delivery of products.Managing Delivery drivers performance.Managing Vehicles.Drivers ManagementTo develop efficient and profitable driver schedules and routes to maximize profits.To manage drivers working hours, delivery schedule, attendance, behavior and performance.To mentor, coach, and reward drivers for their performance.Provide drivers with routes and delivery information and maintain constant communication with them.Training drivers on smart driving and risk management protocols, safety standards, and other important procedures is essential for ensuring the safety of drivers, passengers and products.Fuel ManagementMinimize unnecessary costs and enhance fuel efficiency.Customer ServiceWork toward excellent client service.ReportingIdentifying challenges and obstacles in fleet operations, analyzing the performance and expenses of the fleet, monitoring budgets and significant purchases, evaluating the costs associated with fleet operations, and establishing fleet‑level targets.Other DutiesPerform other duties as and when needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
