United Arab EmiratesBe the First to ApplyJob DescriptionCore Duties & ResponsibilitiesScheduling & DispatchManage and measure effectiveness in planning, organizing and efficiently Create and manage efficient vehicle schedules to meet operational demandsCoordinate with dispatchers and drivers to optimize routes and delivery schedulesMonitor vehicle utilization and identify opportunities for improvementHandle vehicle breakdowns and emergencies, minimizing disruptionsDriver ManagementAssist in the recruitment and onboarding of qualified driversMonitor driver performance and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulationsMaintain driver records, including licenses, certifications, and trainingAddress driver issues and concerns promptly and professionallyMaintaining detailed records of vehicle servicingTo ensure the operational efficiency in a better wayWeekly Cleaning of all Fleets and maintained wellCompliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations (e.g., DOT, FMCSA)Implement and enforce safety policies and proceduresMonitor driver logs and ensure compliance with hours-of-service regulationsInvestigate accidents and incidents involving fleet vehiclesRecord Keeping & ReportingMaintain accurate and organized records of all fleet-related activitiesGenerate reports on fleet performance, maintenance costs, and other key metricsUtilize fleet management software to track and analyze dataPrepare and submit monthly Fuel memo to finance department, during every first week of the monthOvertime Reports of drivers to be prepared and send to each section or raising the PR and details to be sent to the transport vendor and ensure they submit their invoice first week of every monthCost ControlMonitor fuel consumption and identify opportunities for fuel efficiencyNegotiate favorable rates with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and partsTrack and analyze fleet expenses, identifying areas for cost reductionPrepare budget proposals for fleet operationsSafeguard vehicle cleanliness, and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.Look after the entire physical inspection of vehiclesBased on the event duration and urgency, the working hours may be increased based on the requirement from the Technical Production teamPhysical location of the workstation will be DWTC office or any other related officeFormal EducationValid UAE driving LicenseWork ExperienceMinimum 3 years’ relevant Fleet coordination experience in Logistics, Fleet management, Proficient in the use of ERP, Microsoft Office particularly in ExcelSkills & KnowledgeStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of transportation regulations and safety standardsAbility to analyze data and identify trendsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamInclude any specific previous training (both internal and external) needed to do the jobExample: trained in delivering awareness session or training on any new process for employees within the organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
