Fleet Superintendent is a highly skilled professional mariner, plays a vital role in overseeing and managing the operations of marine units, To manage the Fleet Units controlled by the Company in a safe and efficient manner with particular reference to routine Fleet operations. With a fleet of over 250 vessels and decades of expertise, Noatum Maritime offers a diverse portfolio of services delivering “everything you need on the seas.”ResponsibilitiesEnsure utilizations and readiness of all Fleet units on a daily basis.Provide operational and technical support to the crews on board speed boats and pilot boats.oversee vessel operations, including voyage planning, cargo handling, and scheduling.Ensure adherence to flag state regulations, internal SOPs, and HSEQ requirements.Implement and monitor risk assessments for crew members to maintain regulatory and safety standards.Ensure adherence to flag state regulations, internal SOPs, and HSEQ requirements.Implement and monitor risk assessments for crew members to maintain regulatory and safety standards.Manage strategic asset readiness and utilization.Coordinate technical operations and resolve troubleshooting issues.Oversee crew recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.Handle daily decisions affecting multimillion-dirham assets and human safety.Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.Monitor down time of all Fleet units and arrange replacement whenever required.Ensure that all Fleet units is manned as per requirement.Ensure that all Fleet units is complying with flag state.Supervising and Coordinate with the Fleet workshop for maintenance and repair of the units.Monitor the performance of units, crews and proposed training requirements.Adhere to SOPs and AD Ports HSEQ.Ensure implementation of SOPs & RA, and full compliance by all crew.conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain compliance on board marine units.Maintain the fleet units as per AD Ports requirementsSupervising and maintaining all marine units to operates safely, efficiently and fully ready for local and international Mobilization.Assisting the Managements in operation recommendation such cost optimization, utilization and crew managements.Maintain the operations on all Vessel, to comply with Harbour Master SLA agreements at all ports under AD ports.Lead Fleet department to adopt and integrate innovations and new technologies onboard AD ports Vessels.Initiate and implement training programmes to obtain HM Licences for the Marine Units Masters in all ports under AD ports.Collaborating and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth vessel operations.Strategic Responsibilities:Provide technical and operation expertise to review suitability of Sailing procedures and voyages planning for international mobilizations.Provide operation technical reviews and meetings with clients for any special operation requirements.Maintain employee qualifications, training (in accordance with Harbour Master requirements) and other documentation to ensure readiness of marine unitsEnsuring continuous improvement of customer service and quality standards as per AD PORTS.Report all Vessel defect and breakdowns to the Managements and provide alternative solutions.Provide operation data support to Commercial Departments for better financial planning.Provide Business update, financial impacts, Units Utilization and operational Redenies to the management.Ensure adherence to Safe working instruction and SOPs and ISM CODE.Ability to manage and close all Non-Compliance notices and HSE Observations.People Management Responsibilities:Maintain the manning requirements plan for the units, conducts the recruiting interviews.Provide oversight and support for senior marine personnel, including Captains and Chief Engineers.Exhibit leadership, technical expertise, and operational diplomacy in managing high-ranking professionals.Ensuring availability of qualified Tug Masters and crew members.Supervising and maintaining the personnel, ensuring crew rotations are planned.QualificationsMinimum 9 to 12 years of relevant experience.Pursue a bachelor's degree in a field related to marine engineering, naval architecture, nautical studies, or maritime management.Experience in leading and supervising operational teams regionally and internationally, which have critical importance to organisational objectives.Operation Expenses budgeting, PlanningPorts & Shipping industry experience in a similar supervisory role.Demonstrated leadership skills, Ability to lead the team in achieving operational goals.Required SkillsAble to demonstr
