We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities.The RoleEnsure the effective delivery of flange management training in line withapplicable standards, company procedures, and client requirementsMaintain technical accuracy and compliance with recognized standards (ECITB, company standards, etc.)Uphold training quality, consistency, and safety across classroom and practical sessionsEnsure delegates' competency development through structured assessment, feedback, and verificationMaintain training records, certification, and audit readiness in accordance with internal and external requirementsAct as a technical subject matter reference for flange management within the training functionSupport continuous improvement of training materials and methods based on feedback, incidents, and industry updatesRecognized Qualifications and ExperienceDeliver theoretical and practical flange management training, including:Flange assembly and disassemblyGasket selection and handlingBolt tightening methods (manual, hydraulic torque, and tensioning)Leak prevention and joint integrity principlesConduct hands-on demonstrations and supervised practical exercises using approved tools and equipmentAssess delegate competence through written tests, practical evaluations, and observationsVerify and endorse logbooks, assessments, and training outcomes where applicableEnsure all training activities are conducted in accordance with HSE requirements, including risk assessments and toolbox talksInspect and ensure the correct use, calibration status, and care of tools and equipment used during trainingCustomize training delivery to meet client-specific procedures and operational environments, where requiredProvide coaching and mentoring to trainees and junior trainers/assessorsLiaise with training coordinators, operations, and clients regarding scheduling, scope, and training outcomesParticipate in internal audits, client audits, and competency reviews as requiredMaintain personal technical competence, certifications, and CPD relevant to flange management and joint integrityRequirementsHydraulic torquing & tensioning bolting experienceTrainer/ AssessorMinimum 3 yrs of occupational experience in engineering/ construction sectorEvidence of a training certificateMinimum 3 yrs of discipline specific experience for flange management
