Fixed Design Manager

Job Description Responsible for End-to-End fixed network OSP design and planning based on the commercial and technical requirements.Responsible for ensuring design standards and processes are followed and co-ordinating with relevant authorities like Ashghal, Ooredoo etc.Manage the design and planning team to create construction, splicing and as-built drawings to be used by deployment teams.Manage deployment of equipment in Vodafone Central Offices.Manage Active equipment inventory in the Technology warehouse and forecasting the usage. Qualifications Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom or equivalentMinimum 8 years of experience in OSP network design and deployment projects.Good Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS office tools.Good understanding and knowledge of Fixed network design, FTTH, backhaul networks, DWDM etc.Good understanding and experience of GPON active equipment design and planning (XGSPON preferred).Required experience of Ashghal Standards for telecommunication construction and relevant processes.
