Job Description

<p>Drive new member growth and retention by managing the full sales cycle, engaging leads effectively, and converting them into active members.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Acquisition</strong></p><ul><li>Understand and work toward volume and financial targets.</li><li>Manage the lead pipeline: calling, cleaning, qualifying, and advancing leads.</li><li>Monitor daily lead volume, quality, and source performance.</li><li>Maintain a healthy sales funnel to ensure enough leads for conversions.</li></ul><p><strong>Retention</strong></p><ul><li>Act as key account manager for an assigned customer base.</li><li>Manage inbound/outbound calling: follow-ups, consumption issues, satisfaction checks, expiring members, and complaints.</li><li>Schedule member consultations and recommendations with coaches.</li></ul><p><strong>Admin</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and present reports to the Sales Manager.</li><li>Maintain customer profiles and update acquisition/retention forecasts.</li><li>Track progress against targets and recommend adjustments.</li><li>Provide daily updates on sales performance.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>5+ years working in Sales and Customer Experience roles – at least 2 years in Fitness/Wellness industry</li></ul><p>Apply now: Job Details Page</p><p>or share with someone who would be a great fit.</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
