We offer a highly curated training environment for individuals who value discretion, focus, and elite-level service.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Fitness Manager to lead the daily operations of POD and ensure a seamless, high-standard experience for every client.This role requires a strong leader with a fitness background, who can manage people, uphold discipline, and deliver a premium environment aligned with POD’s identity.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily OperationsOversee all day-to-day gym operationsEnsure the facility is always maintained to luxury standards (cleanliness, organization, atmosphere)Monitor scheduling, bookings, and overall flow of the spaceEnsure all equipment is properly maintained and presentedLead and manage trainers and staffEnforce discipline, punctuality, and professional conductSet performance expectations and maintain accountabilityAct as the main point of contact for all staff mattersClient ExperienceEnsure every client receives a private, seamless, and premium experienceHandle client requests, concerns, and feedback with discretionMaintain a calm, controlled environment at all timesTrainer CoordinationManage external and internal trainers within the facilityEnsure all trainers adhere to POD standards and policiesSupport trainers in delivering high-quality sessionsStandards & CultureUphold POD’s core values: Privacy.
