As a Fitness Instructor, you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their health and wellness goals through expert instruction and personalized support.Lead engaging and effective group fitness classes for members of all fitness levelsProvide one-on-one personal training sessions, tailoring programs to individual client needs and goalsDesign and implement diverse exercise programs, incorporating various fitness modalitiesConduct fitness assessments and track members' progressOffer guidance on proper exercise techniques and form to ensure safety and maximize resultsProvide basic nutritional advice to support clients' overall health and fitness objectivesMaintain a clean and safe workout environmentStay updated on the latest fitness trends and research to continually improve class offeringsPromote a positive and motivating atmosphere in the fitness centerAssist in organizing and promoting fitness events and challengesCertified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)Group fitness instructor certificationMinimum of 2 years of experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainerBachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred)Proficiency in leading various group fitness classes and personal training sessionsStrong knowledge of exercise program design and fitness assessment techniquesExcellent understanding of human anatomy and physiologyExpertise in multiple fitness modalities (e.g., strength training, cardio, HIIT, yoga)Current First Aid and CPR certificationsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goalsFluency in both English and ArabicFlexible schedule to accommodate morning, evening, and weekend classesPassion for fitness and commitment to ongoing professional developmentCompetitive salary packageProfessional and supportive work environmentOpportunities for growth within a reputedbrand.#J-18808-Ljbffr
