Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Coach + Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, EP, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our fitness facility, you will inspire and guide clients to achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized training programs and expert coaching. Responsibilities Conduct initial fitness assessments and create tailored workout plans for clients of varying fitness levels and goalsLead one-on-one and small group training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique to maximize results and prevent injuriesMotivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey, providing encouragement and accountabilityMonitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed to ensure continuous improvementEducate clients on proper nutrition, exercise principles, and healthy lifestyle habitsMaintain a clean and safe workout environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelinesStay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and best practices in the industryCollaborate with other fitness professionals to create engaging and effective group fitness classesPromote gym services and programs to attract and retain clientsMaintain accurate records of client sessions, progress, and payments Qualifications Certified Personal Trainer certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA)MUST BE SAUDI NATIONALITYMinimum of 2-3 years of experience as a fitness coach or personal trainerBachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred)Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, fitness principles, and program designExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and guide clientsProficiency in conducting fitness assessments and creating personalized workout plansAbility to demonstrate proper exercise form and techniques for various fitness modalitiesBasic understanding of nutrition and dietary principles to support client goalsCPR and First Aid certificationsKnowledge of anatomy, physiology, and injury prevention principlesFamiliarity with fitness assessment tools and techniquesEnthusiasm for fitness and a commitment to ongoing professional development
