Fit-Out Technical Engineer

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Technical Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering to manage and coordinate technical aspects of fit-out and interior design works. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are executed according to specifications, within budget, and on schedule.Roles and Responsibilities:Oversee and manage technical coordination for fit-out and interior design projects.Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and regulations.Liaise with contractors, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project flow.Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules for accuracy and feasibility.Conduct site inspections and manage technical documentation.Ensure timely delivery of fit-out work in line with project requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or relevant field).5 years of experience in fit-out/ID works and project coordination.Strong technical knowledge of construction and interior design processes.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
