Fit-out Site Supervisor (UAE Experienced with Driving License)

We are seeking a highly skilled Fit-out Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing site operations, strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure successful project delivery.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor all fit-out and finishing works.Manage subcontractors, labour and materials efficiently.Ensure work meets approved drawings, quality standards and safety regulations.Coordinate with clients, consultants and project managers.Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.Plan site activities and meet project deadlines.RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior/fit‑out supervision.Strong knowledge of finishing works (joinery, ceilings, partitions, flooring, MEP coordination).Familiar with UAE authority regulations and safety codes.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
