This includes planning, supervising, and coordinating all on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all works align with design specifications and safety regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.QualificationsProficiency in project planning, execution, and management related to fit-out and interior finishing projects.Technical expertise in construction techniques, material selection, and quality assurance processes.Strong ability in communication, coordination, and collaboration with clients, contractors, and teams.Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and local building codes in Qatar.Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Project, and relevant software for project scheduling and design review.Demonstrated problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.5+ years of experience in fit-out or finishing works, preferably in Qatar or the region.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
