<p>Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 04/01/2026</p><ul><li>Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost estimates<br></li><li>Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site data<br></li><li>Prepare accurate pricing for fit-out, joinery, furniture, and FM projects<br></li><li>Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment and completeness of scope<br></li><li>Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations<br></li><li>Support Furniture Fitout, Renovation andFM AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) estimation, including manpower, materials, and equipment costing<br></li><li>Prepare and manage variation orders, final accounts, and cost reports<br></li><li>Monitor project budgets and highlight any cost deviations<br></li><li>Conduct site visits for measurements, verification, and assessment of project requirements</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in QS, Civil Engineering, or related field<br></li><li>6 months – 2 years UAE experience in Fit-Out estimation preferred<br></li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, SketchUp, PlanSwift<br></li><li>Strong knowledge of fit-out works -MEP, joinery, civil works<br></li><li>Good understanding of FM costing -AMC, PPM, reactive maintenance<br></li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
