Job Description Role Overview:
You will be working as a FINREG Analyst in the Credit Risk Data Unit (CRDU) at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India. The CRDU was established to streamline data management between Credit Operations and Risk Close & Analysis functions, aiming to standardize data taxonomy and enhance transparency in risk and finance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on processes of higher complexity and reporting, involving detailed interpretation and understanding of credit-related information for finalizing reports and presentations.
- Prepare, coordinate, and distribute reports, conduct quality control, analyze credit data, evaluate results, and present them in MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Reconcile credit limits across different business lines and systems, support trade capture activities, and ensure accurate recording of credit-relevant transactions.
- Act as a point of contact for relevant stakeholders, manage incoming enquiries, and collaborate with Finance and Credit Risk change teams on strategic initiatives.
- Document routine processes following key guidelines, provide SME overview for audit requirements, and challenge the status quo to identify process and organizational opportunities.
- Assist in UAT testing for changes or enhancements to risk systems, provide coverage for other CRDU team members, and ensure recertification of key operating documents and control inventory.
Qualifications Required:
- University degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Detailed knowledge of Credit Risk or other Risk systems is beneficial.
- Sound understanding of basics of finance and banking.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
