You will work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that all finishing work is completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and finish drywall, including taping, sanding, and paintingInstall and finish flooring, including tile, hardwood, and carpetInstall and finish cabinetry and trim workCoordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of finishing workInspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standardsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the finishing processCommunicate effectively with team members and clientsKeep accurate records of materials used and work performedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Finishing Technician in the construction industryKnowledge of different types of finishing materials and techniquesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and qualityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysically fit and able to lift heavy materialsMust be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessaryValid driver's license and reliable transportationBenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth insurancePaid time offOpportunities for career growth and advancementCollaborative and supportive work environmentIf you are a skilled Finishing Technician looking to join a dynamic and growing company, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Star Services LLC.
