FINISHING CIVIL ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities : Supervise and manage all finishing works on-site including but not limited to plastering painting flooring tiling ceiling joinery and decorative works.Coordinate with project managers subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of finishing activities in line with project specifications and quality standards.Monitor progress and provide daily/weekly reports on site activities resource utilization and materials.Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings method statements and within the specified time and cost.Inspect and close out snags and punch lists in coordination with the QA/QC and handover teams.Review shop drawings and material submittals related to architectural and finishing works.Maintain high standards of quality safety and housekeeping on site.Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly and effectively. Key Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in finishing works on large-scale (mega) construction projects in the UAE (Mandatory).Contracting company background is essential.Strong knowledge of local authority regulations construction practices and finishing standards in the UAE.Proficiency in reading drawings and technical documents.Strong leadership coordination and communication skills.Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Must be currently based in the UAE.Availability: IMMEDIATE Vertical:Engineering Key Skills C,Lab Testing,JDE,Environment Health And Safety,Humming Bird Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
