Job Description As a Financial Operations Analyst at VOIS, you will play a crucial role in supporting business planning, reporting, and decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading financial planning activities, tracking approved cases, and maintaining accurate FinX data. - Developing forecasts for traditional and commercial models to meet business objectives. - Performing deep analysis of cost elements, budgets, and actuals, providing decision support to business heads. - Controlling OpEx spends and conducting productivity and variance analysis to optimize KPIs. - Delivering timely financial and operational reports, interpreting results, and identifying trends for corrective actions. - Supporting monthly performance reviews and ensuring the delivery of insightful management information. - Preparing recharges for customers and responding to queries from stakeholders. - Coordinating with VOIS Finance for mapping business cases to cost centers and meeting stringent timelines for budgets and reviews. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate with 8+ years of experience in large, multinational organizations. - Strong operational finance controlling and analytical skills. - Expertise in financial understanding and analysis. - Skilled in stakeholder management, with a balance of individual contribution and teamwork. - Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI reporting tools is a plus. - Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word).
