Financial manager

To manage and control the financialoperations of a rapidly growing automotive business, ensuring strong financialgovernance, accurate reporting, cost control, and compliance, while supportingthe General Manager with timely financial insights and decision support.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all financial accounting, reporting, and budgetingactivities.Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, andvariance analyses.Manage working capital, including inventory, receivables,payables, and bank facilities.Ensure compliance with Qatari financial, tax, and regulatoryrequirements.Support vehicle import costing, pricing analysis, and margincontrol.Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, andfinancial procedures.Coordinate audits, statutory filings, and liaison with externalauditors and banks.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to supportbusiness growth and operational decisions.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, CMA).Proven experience in financial management, preferably inautomotive, heavy vehicles or earth-moving machineryStrong understanding of inventory accounting and cost control.Experience in start-up or fast-growing businesses is anadvantage.Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.
