Financial Manager

Purpose of the RoleTo manage and control the financial operations of a rapidly growing automotive business, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, cost control, and compliance, while supporting the General Manager with timely financial insights and decision support.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all financial accounting, reporting, and budgeting activities.Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses.Manage working capital, including inventory, receivables, payables, and bank facilities.Ensure compliance with Qatari financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.Support vehicle import costing, pricing analysis, and margin control.Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and financial procedures.Coordinate audits, statutory filings, and liaison with external auditors and banks.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth and operational decisions.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, CMA).Proven experience in financial management, preferably in automotive, heavy vehicles or earth-moving machinery.Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost control.Experience in start-up or fast-growing businesses is an advantage.Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
