OverviewOur client is a fast-growing and premier firm specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory. Their culture strongly encourages entrepreneurship, independence, and ownership, empowering individuals to take decisions that drive business impact.The Leader – M&A (Middle East) will be responsible for setting up, growing, and leading the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Transaction Support practice across the Middle East. This entrepreneurial role requires a visionary leader who can:Establish and scale advisory service offerings in the regionLead FDD engagements end-to-endBuild and nurture client relationshipsDrive strategic expansion beyond DubaiDevelop partnerships with institutional investors including PE funds, sovereign funds, HNIs, and family officesThis is a high-impact leadership position with a focus on innovation, growth, and market expansion.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Due Diligence LeadershipLead and oversee FDD engagements from start to completion while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, historic performance, cash flows, and accounting practices.Identify financial and operational risks including profitability drivers, working capital issues, and deal breakers.Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (legal, tax, operations) to deliver comprehensive due diligence insights.2. Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementServe as a trusted advisor to clients on due diligence and transaction matters.Understand client objectives, transaction goals, and specific diligence requirements.Present findings, insights, and recommendations through reports, presentations, and discussions.Anticipate client needs and deliver value-added solutions that elevate the client experience.3. Business Development & Growth StrategyIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.Develop proposals and presentations aligned with market trends and client expectations.Collaborate with senior leadership on growth initiatives to expand service offerings and market presence.Track business development activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to achieve growth targets.4. Team Leadership & Talent DevelopmentLead, mentor, and guide a team of FDD professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.Delegate responsibilities effectively and optimize team capabilities.Conduct performance evaluations and support career progression.Encourage knowledge sharing and promote best practices within the team.Must HaveQualified Chartered Accountant (CA)15–20 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence / M&A / Transaction Advisory Services.Strong interpersonal skills with ability to mentor and lead teamsExcellent decision-making and leadership abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience managing a team of 10–15 professionalsAbility to manage team-level P&L independentlyStrong stakeholder and client management skills.Local candidates residing in UAE / Middle East and with strong Middle East FDD/M&A consultancy experience are mandatory.#J-18808-Ljbffr
