Financial Controller (with Russian language proficiency)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPortfolio Companies & Assets:Coordination and optimization of financial functions across portfolio companies and assets including accounting reporting budgeting financial analysis and planning and streamlining of financial and operational processesMaintenance of financial models and analysis of investment performance both on a consolidated portfolio level and for individual companies/assetsGeneral Responsibilities:Internal control and compliance oversightDevelopment and implementation of financial policies and proceduresCross-functional communication and coordination across the family office team portfolio companies external partners and service providersPreparation of financial and shareholder reports presentations memos and analytical materials for shareholders and managementREQUIREMENTS & TERMS:Minimum 23 years of relevant experienceUAE experience is a strong advantageSolid skills in financial reporting analysis modeling and presentation developmentAbility to independently manage tasks and establish financial processes with minimal supervisionStrong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships and resolve issuesFull professional fluency in Russian and English (both written and verbal)#J-18808-Ljbffr
