This role requires a hands-on finance professional withstrong technical expertise, the ability to oversee the full spectrum offinancial management, and to ensure compliance with international and UAEstandards. Fluency in English is essential.About the Role:Oversee the full financial managementfunction, including accounting, reporting, and compliance activities.Prepare, analyze, and presentmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with UAEregulations.Develop and monitor budgets,forecasts, and cash flow management.Ensure compliance with tax, audit,and other statutory requirements in the UAE.Supervise and guide the finance teamin day-to-day operations.Establish, implement, and maintainrobust internal controls, policies, and procedures.Provide financial insights andstrategic support to senior management and project teams.Liaise with auditors, banks, andexternal stakeholders as required.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree inAccounting, Finance, or related field.10+ years of progressive experiencein finance and accounting roles, ideally within industrial, project management,or related sectors.Strong knowledge of internationaland UAE financial standards and regulations.Proven expertise in budgeting,forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.Fluency in English (spoken andwritten) is essential.Advanced proficiency in MicrosoftExcel and financial software systems.Strong leadership, organizational,and problem-solving skills.Hands-on and proactive approach tofinancial management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
