Finance Director (MIS)

Responsibilities1. Financial Reporting Prepare management accounts with detailed variance analysis Ensure accuracy of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements2. MIS & Management Reporting Design and maintain MIS dashboards and financial reports Provide monthly performance reports to management Improve reporting automation and data accuracy3. Budgeting & Forecasting Lead annual budgeting process Monitor budget performance and highlight deviations4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management Manage bank facilities and reporting requirements Ensure timely payments and collections Optimize fund utilization5. Internal Controls & Compliance Strengthen internal financial controls Review financial procedures and improve efficiencies6. Team Management Supervise accountants and finance staff Review journal entries and reconciliationsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance or AccountingProfessional qualification preferred (ACCA, CA, CMA)6–8 years of finance experienceStrong Excel and ERP system knowledgeExperienced in design & implementation of internal controlsStrong analytical and leadership skillsKey Competencies: Advanced Excel and reporting tools, Strong attention to detail, Strategic thinking, Ability to meet tight deadlines, Work closely with top management#J-18808-Ljbffr
