The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulations, and streamline financial reporting procedures. The role includes conducting in-depth financial analysis, monitoring budgets, managing accounts, and providing insights to support decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ownership of financial strategy and planning for multiple entities will also be key responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle accounting across multiple entities (UAE, US, HK, Agency, Portfolio)Manage accounts payable, payroll, and weekly payment cycles using structured systemsReconcile ecommerce revenue, settlements, and payouts (Shopify, Stripe, processors) using tools like A2X and SynderMaintain balance sheet integrity across all entitiesHandle intercompany accounting and cross-entity transactionsDrive month-end close and management reporting (using tools like Fathom/Spotlight)Support cash flow visibility and treasury planningWork closely with operations and marketing teams to resolve discrepanciesContinuously improve and automate finance workflowsTools & SystemsYou should be comfortable working with:Ramp / Airbase (AP and payments)Reporting tools (Fathom, Spotlight, or similar)What We’re Looking ForExperience in multi-entity accountingExperience in ecommerce finance (Shopify, payments, settlements)Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independentlyStrong reconciliation and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a structured, tech-enabled finance environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
