The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulations, and streamline financial reporting procedures. The role includes conducting in-depth financial analysis, monitoring budgets, managing accounts, and providing insights to support decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ownership of financial strategy and planning for multiple entities will also be key responsibilities.</b></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own full-cycle accounting across multiple entities (UAE, US, HK, Agency, Portfolio)</li><li>Manage accounts payable, payroll, and weekly payment cycles using structured systems</li><li>Reconcile ecommerce revenue, settlements, and payouts (Shopify, Stripe, processors) using tools like A2X and Synder</li><li>Maintain balance sheet integrity across all entities</li><li>Handle intercompany accounting and cross-entity transactions</li><li>Drive month-end close and management reporting (using tools like Fathom/Spotlight)</li><li>Support cash flow visibility and treasury planning</li><li>Work closely with operations and marketing teams to resolve discrepancies</li><li>Continuously improve and automate finance workflows</li></ul><h3>Tools&Systems</h3><p><b>You should be comfortable working with:</b></p><ul><li>Ramp / Airbase (AP and payments)</li><li>Reporting tools (Fathom, Spotlight, or similar)</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>Experience in multi-entity accounting</li><li>Experience in ecommerce finance (Shopify, payments, settlements)</li><li>Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently</li><li>Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a structured, tech-enabled finance environment</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
