Job Description As a member of the team, your role will involve working together to provide financial advisory services to clients across various industries. You will be responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of financial strategies, aiding in financial due diligence processes, and creating financial models.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
- Developing financial models for valuations and investment analysis
- Preparing financial reports and presentations for clients
- Working directly with client teams to understand financial needs and challenges
- Contributing to the development of innovative financial solutions
- Maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism
To be successful in this role, you are required to have:
- CA/CFA/MBA or equivalent qualification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Argus)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in consulting or a related field is a plus
