Financial Communications Senior Director - Across M&A, IPO and Capital Markets ActivityWe are seeking a Senior Director of Financial Communications with deep expertise in transaction communications, capital markets storytelling, and investor-facing messaging. You’ll play a critical role in supporting strategic financial initiatives, partnering closely with C-suite leaders and the board, as well as communications and marketing cross-functional teams.Responsibilities – M&A, IPO and Disclosure CommunicationsDevelop and execute financial communications strategy for M&A, IPO readiness, quarterly results, and capital markets eventsManage the company’s financial communications calendar to align messaging with reporting and regulatory cyclesCreate high-impact materials including press releases, investor decks, leadership speeches, Q&As, and capital markets updatesProvide strategic counsel to leadership during sensitive and high-value corporate activityWork cross-functionally with finance, legal, investor relations, and external advisorsMonitor market sentiment, competitor activity, and media coverage to inform proactive positioningExperience – Financial Communications ExpertiseFinancial communications, investor relations, capital markets advisory, or related fieldsProven track record of managing complex financial narratives in listed or IPO-ready businessesOutstanding communication and storytelling skills, particularly around financial data and corporate strategyStrong understanding of capital markets, disclosure regulations, and media handling in high-stakes environmentsExperience supporting leadership at the highest level in a fast-paced, matrixed organisationGlobal outlook; experience in international markets and cross-border transactions is an advantageThis is a rare opportunity to help shape and deliver the financial narrative of a business with significant regional influence and international ambition.
