Job SummaryOversee internal audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring risks and controls are effectively assessed. Support risk assessments, development of risk-based audit plans, and reporting to senior management and the audit committee. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain updated audit policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute internal audit plans.Lead audits, prepare reports, and present findings to management and the audit committee.Supervise and guide audit team members.Ensure accurate and timely departmental reporting.Manage audit budgets and enhance internal audit processes.Conduct and coordinate Board Audit Committee meetings.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related field.10+ years experience in internal auditing, preferably in oil & gas operations.Professional certifications (CIA, CISA, CA, CPA, ACCA) required.SkillsStrong knowledge of IPPF standards and internal audit practices.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple audits and track activities efficiently.#J-18808-Ljbffr
