Financial Assistant

<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to support the company’s cash flow management, banking operations, and payment processes. This role will assist in ensuring smooth financial operations, maintaining strong relationships with banks and suppliers, and supporting compliance with internal procedures.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cash management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assist in managing the company’s cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.</li><li>Support the maintenance of banking relationships and identify opportunities to improve banking processes and reduce fees.</li><li>Ensure timely execution of payment runs and bank transactions.</li><li>Verify that all payments are processed in line with company procedures and approvals.</li><li>Maintain good relationships with external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate payments.</li><li>Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth financial operations.</li><li>Coordinate with external bankers to support new bank account setups and requirements.</li><li>Assist in coordinating external audits and ensure timely submission of bank-related documentation and letters.</li></ul><h3>Skills and Experience</h3><ul><li>2–4 years of experience in cash management, finance, or a similar role.</li><li>Basic understanding of cash flow forecasting and banking processes.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow financial procedures accurately.</li><li>Good communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</li><li>Fluent in written and spoken English.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or Accounting.
