Financial Analyst FP&A

Support the regional FP&A function across UAE Kuwait Qatar Oman Bahrain focusing on budgeting forecasting management reporting KPI analysis and performance insights partnering closely with Operations & Supply Chain.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport annual budget quarterly forecast and rolling projection cycles across multiple marketsConsolidate market submissions; validate assumptions for headcount opex and capexBuild/update financial models for scenario planning and business decision supportProduce monthly FP&A packs with variance analysis (Budget vs Forecast vs Prior Year)Consolidate reporting outputs from ERP / consolidation tools (e.g. Oracle OneStream)Support QBR packs and leadership dashboards; ensure data accuracy and consistencyTrack KPIs including sales volumes operating margin cost per case warehousing/distribution costs working capitalIdentify risks/opportunities; conduct root-cause analysis and propose actionsSupport reporting automation and dashboard enhancement (Excel / Power BI / consolidation tools)Reconcile reporting between systems and internal trackers; standardize templates and documentationPartner with Operations/Supply Chain to align operational drivers with financial outcomesSupport business cases pricing reviews and cost optimization initiativesRequirementsQualifications24 years in FP&A / management reporting / business finance (logistics FMCG distribution preferred)Strong Excel PowerPoint financial modelling; Power BI is an advantage.Exposure to Oracle EBS and/or OneStream (preferred)Professional certification preferred (ACCA/CPA/CMA/CA)BenefitsRemunerationCompetitive salary standard UAE benefits (aligned to experience and market)Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form of charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
