Financial Analyst

In this role, you'll play a key part in consolidating financial data across business units, preparing insightful management reports, and supporting critical processes like budgeting, forecasting, and audits.If you're ready to make an impact and grow your career in finance, we’d love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and present financial data from various business units in MIS format in a timely manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of MIS reports.Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts by analyzing trends and identifying areas for cost optimization.Support the consolidation process by collecting and validating financial data from multiple departments.Prepare and reconcile audit schedules for group consolidated financial statements.Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and assess risks and opportunities.Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance financial reporting quality.Implement best practices and automation tools to optimize budgeting, consolidation, and reporting processes.Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Reporting and Consolidation.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.3–5 years of relevant experience (consultancy background preferred).CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA certification is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office; SAP/Oracle knowledge and other accounting software is an advantage.Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Why Join Us?Join a reputable group that values growth, innovation, and excellence.
