Financial accountant Coordinator - Middle East (m/w/d)

TIENS Europe Region is currently active on more than 20 markets.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Oversee the finance system and maintain close collaboration with the CPA on all external accounting matters, ensuring timely provision of required documents to the CPA and the State Tax Inspectorate.</li><li>Process distributor bonuses and manage banking operations for local branches with accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Strategically plan, implement, and monitor budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with business goals.</li><li>Manage and deliver accurate internal and external financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly schedule.</li><li>Provide financial and operational support to the customer service team and contribute to additional projects assigned by the Country Manager</li><li>Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support business strategy and decision-making.</li><li>Support finance projects delegated by the regional team.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>3+ years of experience in accounting/finance management, preferably in multinational companies.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and IFRS.</li><li>Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and banking operations.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English and Arabic are mandatory.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Opportunity to scale a unique S2B2C model across Europe</li><li>Career path into regional leadership or global digital strategy roles</li><li>Warm and international culture based on respect, collaboration and giving your ideas a spotlight!</li><li>Interactive activities: team-building, company parties and events</li><li>Broad TIENS product portfolio with attractive employee discounts</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
