Job Description Role Overview: As a Finance Specialist - AP/AR at Maxion Wheels, you will be responsible for managing the entire processes for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Your role will include processing vendor invoices and customer payments, monitoring aging reports, reconciling AP/AR ledgers, ensuring tax compliance, preparing MIS reports, and handling queries on invoices, payments, and credit notes. Additionally, you will be involved in financial analysis, insurance, credit control, and accounts payable and receivable activities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire processes for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). - Process vendor invoices and customer payments, monitor aging reports, and follow up on overdue payments. - Maintain AP/AR ledgers, perform monthly reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies. - Ensure tax compliance, assist in statutory filings and audits. - Prepare MIS reports, AP/AR summaries, and cash flow statements, support monthly end/year-end closing. - Handle queries on invoices, payments, and credit notes, and maintain strong relationships. - Responsible for financial analysis, insurance, credit control, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Qualifications Required: - M.Com/MBA Finance or CA Inter, CMA Inter. - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in manufacturing organizations with relevant work experience post CMA final in manufacturing organizations. - Expertise in SAP FICO/HANA. - Advanced Excel skills. - Strong communication skills (written, verbal, comprehension). - Strong analytical and quantitative competencies. - Ability to understand complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problems. - Effective communication across the organization and confidence in interacting with the senior leadership team. - Possesses intellectual agility; readily accepts the challenges of unfamiliar tasks.
