Job Description Role Overview: As a Finance and Operations Support at ERM, you will play a key role in driving the success of KPIs by collaborating with the Global Delivery Centre and the India business unit. Your responsibilities will include working closely with finance leaders from different business units/countries, ensuring certainty and clarity in forecasting and operations, providing support and data for key business metrics visibility, and maintaining financial reporting integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with finance leaders across different countries - Manage recharges to different business units and relevant cost centers - Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and yearly activities to comply with reporting deadlines and control policies - Assist in preparing Annual Operating Plan/Budgets for the Global delivery centre - Resolve complex or sensitive requests from senior management - Interact with global teams to deliver reports, work products, support regions, and address queries - Facilitate timely completion of activities for the India Business Unit to comply with reporting deadlines and control policies - Create timelines and maintain documentation for operational projects - Gather, communicate, and report key project issues promptly - Identify areas of project development requiring readdressing for efficiency and cost control - Assist in resolving complex or sensitive requests from senior management Qualifications Required: - ICWAI/ CA/ MBA(Finance) qualification - Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position within a multinational organization - Will be required to work in-office during onboarding, then transition to a hybrid work model (3 days/week) - Flexible to adjust work hours to meet the needs of leaders from different business units Additional Company Details: ERM is a leading global sustainability consulting firm with a commitment to assisting organizations in navigating environmental, social, and governance challenges.
