Finance & Procurement Manager

We are supporting a leading organization in the energy and electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure sector in the UAE that is playing a key role in the expansion of sustainable mobility and EV charging networks nationwide.They are seeking a Finance & Procurement Manager to oversee and supervise all finance transactions of the organization while also managing procurement oversight. This role requires a strong finance leader with hands-on experience in financial management reporting and controls combined with a working knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all financial operations including budgeting accounting treasury and financial reportingDevelop and manage annual budgets aligned with strategic and operational objectivesEnsure accuracy completeness and compliance of financial statements and reportsManage cash flow liquidity planning and financial forecastingSupervise procurement activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulationsLead contract negotiations with suppliers and service providers to achieve cost efficiency and valueMonitor expenditures and identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunitiesEstablish implement and improve financial policies procedures and internal controlsProvide financial analysis insights and reports to senior management to support decision-makingRequirementsQualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field7 years of experience in finance or financial managementMinimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory roleStrong experience in budgeting financial reporting and financial governanceBasic to solid knowledge of procurement and contract management processesExperience using ERP systems such as SAP Oracle or similarStrong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skillsTo view other vacancies we have please check our website () and follow us on our social media accounts - LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter / Instagram Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form to charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
