This entry-level position will offer hands-on experience in multiple areas, providing the opportunity to develop into a senior position over time.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Assistance: Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports for management review.Participate in the audit and tax filing process.Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.Accounts Receivables: Assist with invoicing and payment collection, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.Communicate with clients to resolve billing inquiries and follow up on outstanding payments.HR Support: Help manage HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.Assist with administrative tasks including coordinating meetings and supporting remote teams.Participate in organizing company events and supporting professional development programs.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a relevant field, such as finance, accounts receivable, or office administration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of accounting software.Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Eagerness to learn and grow into leadership roles in finance and operations.Desired Skills and QualificationsExperience with ERP systems or financial software is a plus.Familiarity with HR processes and office management in a startup or tech environment.Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance.Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.In this role, you will gain comprehensive exposure to financial operations, accounts receivables, and office management, equipping you with the skills to advance into senior positions such as Finance Manager, Accounts & Receivables Executive, or Office Manager/HR Coordinator.
