Finance Operations Analyst

Job Description As a Finance Operations Analyst at Integral Ad Science, you will be joining the Finance team in Pune, India, reporting to the Finance Operations Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee Customer Contract Management globally, ensuring the accuracy of contracts and customer data in Salesforce. Your duties will include: - Safeguarding the accuracy of contracts and customer data in Salesforce - Evaluating and reviewing contracts and deals before finalization within deadlines - Communicating contract status, risk, compliance, modifications, deviations, negotiations, and completion or termination - Implementing data quality audits and follow-up procedures as necessary - Problem-solving and addressing data issues - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and seek answers - Conducting quarterly catch-ups with Sales/CSMs teams to identify knowledge gaps and process feedback - Providing support to multi-regions and teams/stakeholders - Participating in team and/or 1:1 meetings, sharing updates with management and stakeholders - Enforcing standardization of new policies and procedures - Undertaking additional responsibilities and projects as assigned Key requirements for this role include: - Knowledge and experience in order-to-cash process, analysis, and reporting - Ideally 2-3 years of order-to-cash experience - Detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong understanding of Contracts - Sense of ownership, perseverance, and willingness to learn - Dynamic candidate who can quickly adapt to new tasks - Independent and proactive in communication with stakeholders Education & Experience: - Bachelors Degree - Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required - Experience with Salesforce is an added advantage About Integral Ad Science: Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global media measurement and optimization platform that provides actionable data to drive superior results for advertisers, publishers, and media platforms.
