Job Description

Location: Abu DhabiExperience: 3-5 yearsDepartment: FinanceThe Finance & Operations Officer will support the finance and operations team in ensuring smooth back-office processes, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with UAE market regulations.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update accurate financial records.Manage invoices, payments, and collections.Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies with banks and markets.Oversee and record client deposits and withdrawals.Manage financial statements and reports.Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulations.Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency.Coordinate with local custodians to ensure timely daily settlements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Have a good experience in capital markets.Have a good experience in NCSD and PCCP.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferably has passed CISI qualification exams.Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).Why Join Us?Opportunity to work in a thriving industry.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Competitive benefits package.To Apply:If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you!
