This varied expertise enables us to transform neighbourhoods, revitalise cities, build relationships and create buildings, places and spaces that draw people together.About the RoleThe Finance Officer will provide financial support to the EMEA finance team but will also be responsible for the day-to-day financial matters of the Riyadh office.Key Responsibilities and Duties IncludeFinancial Operations & CoordinationCoordinate on all financial matters with UK finance teamCoordinate and process vendor paymentsManage client invoicing preparation and follow-upTranslate invoices and financial documents (Arabic ↔ English)Maintain financial tracking logs and internal recordsMonitor compliance with company financial procedures.Assist in preparing documentation for auditsGovernment Portals & Compliance ManagementManage and monitor payments through SADAD and government platformsManage and monitor company accounts on ZATCA portal (VAT filing follow-up, invoice compliance, correspondence monitoring)Coordinate submissions and financial documentation on Etimad portal (government invoicing, payment tracking, and contract-related financial processes)Ensure timely response to government portal notifications and compliance requirementsMaintain structured records of all government financial submissions and confirmationsSupport preparation of VAT reports and assist in audit-related portal requirementsPrior experience making tax submissions (VAT, WHT, CT, etc.) directly in the ZATCA portal would be valuedBanking & Treasury CoordinationCoordinate with banks for issuance and documentation of bonds and bank guaranteesWhy Join the Team?Work alongside passionate, creative individuals who lead their industry, transform ideas into reality and celebrate the beauty of human connectionEnjoy various benefits, such as hybrid working and gym membership discountsEnjoy the opportunity to attend events at Populous-designed venuesConnect and learn at regular social and knowledge sharing events including an annual conference and a weekend abroad Christmas partyHow To ApplyPopulous is an equal opportunity employer.
