Finance Manager

Sarmad is seeking a Finance Manager to join its insurance startup team. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will also be responsible for providing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.ResponsibilitiesOversee the preparation and review of financial statementsManage the financial reporting process and ensure timely and accurate financial reportingMonitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvementDevelop and maintain financial policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirementsProvide financial analysis and support for decision makingManage the budgeting and forecasting processIdentify cost-saving opportunities and financial risksManage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutionsLead and mentor a team of finance professionalsMinimum 5 years of experience in finance or accountingBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fieldProfessional certification such as CMA or CPA is preferredStrong knowledge of financial principles and practicesExperience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisExcellent leadership and communication skillsFluency in English and ArabicSaudi nationality is required#J-18808-Ljbffr
