Advanced degrees / certifications such as a CPA CMA PMP or MBA / Masters are preferred.Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting required.Hands-on experience developing reporting and analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud or comparable tools; oversee data integration and modeling to create trusted financial data models and a single source of truth is required.Experience designing implementing and managing FP&A processes / tools in a global organization is required.Driven to achieve results and demonstrating hands-on approach. Experience leading project timelines and milestones in complex business environments is required.Demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work in ambiguous situations is required.Pro-active in connecting and energized to collaborate across functions. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present complex information is required.Knowledge of financial planning reporting analytics review processes SOX controls and USGAAP is required.Broad understanding of the J&J operating model and diverse experience obtained in finance roles is strongly preferred.This position has location options in New Jersey; Beerse Antwerp Belgium; Wokingham Berkshire Ireland India Portugal United Kingdom UAE or Zug Switzerland.
