Finance ManagerDubai, UAELeading CompanyAED NegotiableNTS Group are currently recruiting a Finance Manager for a leading company in Dubai. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations in Dubai and partly in the UK.You will have experience and extensive knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including IFRS. Experience in strategic planning, contracting, negotiation and execution, as well as willingness to work a flexible schedule will be required.This professional will be responsible for making sure that all transactions meet the goals and requirements as developed by the Group Chief Financial Officer.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThis role will report to the Group CFO and work in close coordination with other functional leaders within the business. The FM will be responsible for:Establishing, maintaining, reviewing, and implementing strong financial and internal controlsEstablishing, maintaining and executing cash management, bookkeeping, and AP/AR systemsEstablishing and maintaining a treasury functionWorking with management to develop and maintain the company’s financial policies and proceduresHiring and managing accounting personnel as neededInterfacing and liaising with the various departments internallyPreparing periodic financial reports (internal and external)Establishing and overseeing payroll and accounts receivable and payable, including billings and collectionsPreparing materials for audits and financial compliance activitiesMonitoring debt/creditEstablishing and maintaining banking relationshipsThe PersonThe FM is likely to have the following profile:Three or more years of experience in a managerial and/or controller roleThree or more years of experience with one of the ‘big four’ accounting firmsTreasury-function experienceExperience starting and/or revamping accounting systems and controls in the creation of a new division, branch, or companyWilling to stand up for what she/he thinks is right, not afraid to make decisionsFluent in English with good communication skillsAdditional qualities should include:Superior interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with all levels, cultures, and functions.Keen understanding of the Company’s business activitiesEducational RequirementQualified Chartered Accountant or ACCASolid knowledge of IFRSAbout The CompanyNTS Group is a leading specialist recruitment firm and experts at recruiting skilled, qualified and professional people in the Middle East.Our promise is simple.
