Infigonia Group FZ-LLC | DubaiInfigonia Group FZ-LLC is recruiting a Finance Manager to oversee the finance, accounting, tax, compliance and administrative functions across multiple entities within our global structure spanning the UAE and India.This is a hands‑on role. You will work directly with the existing accounting team and be expected to get into the details of the books, ensure accuracy, and maintain full control over financial reporting.Infigonia operates Ecomnia.com, a high‑performance advertising technology platform at the forefront of ecommerce.What are we looking for?Strong track record in finance roles covering accounting, reporting, tax, and complianceDeep understanding of UAE and India financial regulations, tax, and transfer pricingExperience managing or overseeing accounting teamsStrong attention to detail — able to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and issues in the booksComfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with high expectationsWilling to take full ownership of the finance function and drive executionResponsibilities:Finance & Accounting:Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations across all entitiesWork closely with the bookkeeping team to ensure accuracy of all entries and reconciliationsReview financial statements, reports, and cost analysesEnsure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closesMonitor cash flow, bank balances, receivables, and payablesCoordinate audits and ensure proper documentation across all entitiesContinuously improve financial processes and controlsTax & Compliance:Ensure VAT and corporate tax compliance in the UAEOversee GST and corporate tax compliance in IndiaEnsure compliance with ESR, KYC, CRS, FATCA, and other regulatory requirementsManage statutory filings, board minutes, and corporate governance requirementsStay up to date with regulatory changes and ensure full complianceGroup Oversight:Consolidate financials across multiple entitiesMonitor intercompany transactions and ensure proper treatmentMaintain visibility and control over group financial positionSupport banking relationships and financial account managementTeam and execution:Oversee and guide the accounting functionEnsure high standards of accuracy, discipline, and timelinesTake ownership of issues and drive them to resolutionCompetitive:Competitive, based on experience, with upside tied to performance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
