In this role, you’ll directly impact our financial strategy, reporting, and compliance, while leading a team and supporting the Head of Finance, Middle East.Key Responsibilities:Maintain financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accountsReconcile general bank accounts by gathering and balancing informationProvide financial status information by preparing special reports, completing special projectsCorrect errors by posting adjusting journal entriesMaintain general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts; adjusting entries for amortizations, analyzing and reconciling retainage and accounts payable ledgers, preparing fixed asset depreciation and accrualsMaintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures, complying with financial legal requirementsProduce profit & loss balance sheetsHandle month end and year end close processMaintain customer and supplier age analysisPrepare the year-end audit filePrepare budgets and financial forecastsProcess all purchase invoicesProcess payments and receiptsPrepare monthly management account packsSkills & Requirements:University degree in Accountancy/ACCA Qualified5 years' + of finance and accounting experienceExperience with Finance software packagesExcellent written and verbal communication skills especially, command of the English LanguageExperience within an Audit Firm/Corporate Service providerDirect experience in completing Financial Statements and GST returnsAbility to prepare and interpret balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and statements of retained earningsAdheres to record keeping requirements associated with financial statementsWhat We Offer:Annual DiscretionaryBonusIf you’re ready to join a forward-thinking team and take on a rewarding role with ample growth opportunities, we’d love to hear from you!
