You will also ensure compliance, drive financial efficiency, and provide strategic financial support to foster business growth.Key AccountabilitiesOversee all financial operations, including accounting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Support strategic business decisions with financial insights and risk assessments.Manage cost controls and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.Implement and maintain robust financial systems and internal controls.Provide financial leadership in the company’s growth and capital strategies, including experience in Initial Public Offering (IPO) processes.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CMA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred).Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with 2–3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the F&B or retail sectors.Proven experience in IPO processes, including preparation, compliance, and coordination with regulatory bodies.Strong knowledge of financial principles, Saudi tax regulations, and accounting standards.Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting software, and ERP systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
