As we expand our offerings in the cryptocurrency space, we are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, compliance, treasury, and risk management for MultiBank.io. This role sits at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets, ensuring best‑in‑class financial controls, strategic insights, and sustainable growth in our crypto products and services.ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial modeling for the crypto business unit.Provide insights into revenue drivers, trading volume trends, fee income, liquidity metrics, and profitability projections.Develop scenario analysis for new product launches (e.g., derivatives, institutional services, tokenized instruments).Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with IFRS or local reporting standards.Collaborate with internal and external auditors, ensuring readiness for regulatory reviews.Ensure finance processes satisfy global regulatory requirements (including AML/KYC financial controls and digital asset custody reporting).Treasury & Digital Asset ManagementOversee treasury operations, including crypto wallet balances, fiat accounts, liquidity positions, and forex exposures.Manage stablecoin holdings, staking, yield‑generating assets, and funding strategies in coordination with risk and operations teams.Reconcile on‑chain transactions with internal ledgers and accounting systems.Design and maintain internal controls for reconciliation, settlement, and wallet security.Establish procedures for monitoring market, counterparty, and operational risk across crypto trading and OTC desks.Work with compliance to ensure finance workflows support secure and compliant client fund handling.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product, Tech, Legal, and Compliance to ensure financial metrics are integrated into strategy, pricing, and verification of new features.Support business development and institutional sales with financial insights related to product profitability and pricing models.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA/CPA preferred.5+ years of progressive finance experience — ideally within fintech, digital assets, exchanges, or financial services.Strong understanding of crypto markets, digital wallet structures, and on‑chain reconciliation processes.Proven track record in FP&A, reporting, treasury management, and financial controls.Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and ERP/accounting systems experience.Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex financial insights to stakeholders.Experience working in a regulated financial environment or with regulatory reporting frameworks.Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools and crypto accounting platforms.Why Join UsJoin an industry-leading global financial institution.Receive a competitive salary and comprehensive employee benefits.Access opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Be part of a collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.Contribute to a culture committed to innovation and professional excellence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
